The Organic Meat Company's certified organic lamb is sent to the Pyramid Hill lamb abattoir (Est 237), which is located 250 km north east of Melbourne, Victoria.

Pyramid Hill is a modern, state of the art processing facility (rebuilt in 2004) that is capable of process up to 1000 certified organic lambs per day. It has excellent QA and HACCAP programs in place to ensure that the product is processed to specification.
Pyramid Hill is strategically located to be central to our selected organic lamb growers in western New South Wales, Victoria and eastern. South Australia. The number of organic lambs in these areas will grow significantly over the next few years and our plant location will put us in a very good position
to source and process these lambs.
