After growing up on a large cattle station in central QLD and several years working on cattle stations in QLD and the Northern Territory Alister completed a degree in Rural Business at Sydney University Orange Campus. Alister joined Sanger Australia to undertake a Traineeship in 2000. This together with an Agricultural upbringing gives him a solid understanding of the industry. Alister represents the Company in the South East Asian and Korean Markets. He established and currently manages The Organic Meat Company.
Will Jeffries
Domestic Sales Manager
Will looks after all the Domestic activities for The Organic Meat Company. He grew up on a family farm at Delegate in southern NSW, specializing in prime lamb production, which he still owns amd runs in partnership with his brother. Like Alister, he completed a degree at Sydney University finishing in 2001. He then spent 3 years working in the domestic meat industry, and gained vast experience in the retail, food service and wholesale sectors. Will joined Sanger in 2005 to assist Alister in the growth of The Organic Meat Company and to help develop our organic lamb business for both domestic and export markets.

David McDonald
QLD sales manager
Dave is The Organic Meat Company's Queensland representative. Originally from a sheep and cattle property at Blackall in Central West Queensland, Dave grew up working on various cattle stations in the Gulf of Carpentaria and Northern Territory. In 1997, Dave completed a Bachelor of Business, Agribusiness at the University of Queensland's Gatton Campus. Dave has been actively involved in the Meat industry since then and has been heavily involved in the processing and marketing of beef and lamb in both domestic and export markets.
