Peter GallSupply Chain Manager Peter has been actively involved in the organic industry for over ten years, having managed his family's "certified organic" property in Western Queensland, producing beef, lamb and wool. He has also been involved in the direct marketing of beef and lamb into the domestic market and has travelled extensively overseas researching our export markets. Peter is responsible for the supply of all "certified organic" livestock processed for The Organic Meat Company, Australia wide. Presently this includes cattle, lamb, pigs and goats. He is available at all times to assist with marketing your livestock and will also discuss any certification issues with you. At present Peter is mentoring a number of producers through the certification process and is often on the road working with our suppliers throughout all states and territories except West Australia. The Organic Meat Company's suppliers are the backbone of our business and together we are striving for excellence.
